... Read moreInsecurities about weight are common and can significantly affect mental health. Many people feel overwhelmed by societal pressures regarding body image, leading to feelings of discouragement and isolation. Fortunately, there are communities and resources available to help. Participating in discussions like #letschat can provide a safe space for sharing personal experiences. Joining support groups can foster connections with others undergoing similar struggles. Additionally, mental health professionals emphasize the importance of self-acceptance and self-love as vital steps toward building confidence. Innovations in weight management, such as new medications and lifestyle changes, sometimes require financial investment, which can be a barrier for many. By talking openly about these challenges, we can advocate for more accessible options for weight management in the healthcare system. Sharing tips on budgeting for health and wellness or exploring free resources can also be beneficial. Let’s address our insecurities together, support each other, and work toward a more accepting view of ourselves and our bodies.

My biggest insecurity would be weight as well. I think it’s also because I am always a bit chubby since a kid and now I am overweight. Though recently I am on a pretty good healthy diet that helped me with weight loss. I think I picked up good habit to sustain my weight in future once I am within my bmi range

What is your biggest insecurity, and why?
My voice. When I'm nervous my voice gets super deep. Either that or it comes out as a whisper even when I meant to talk at normal volume. My voice just never comes out the way I plan for it to sound. What’s yours? Feel free to share please! #letschat #AskLemon8 #insecurities

I overcame my biggest insecurity in 2024
At the start of 2024, I was stuck in unhealthy habits. Eating fast food and no exercising because I had “no time” I felt sluggish and unhappy with the way I looked. I started going on walks during my 15 minute breaks at work, that lead to 1 hour long walks. Then I joined a gym, starting small w
