This manageable time commitment made discipline feel less daunting and helped build momentum. Even on days when motivation waned, I reminded myself that discipline creates a foundation that motivation builds upon. A crucial insight is embracing growth over excuses. It’s natural to face distractions or doubts, but consistently choosing progress fosters resilience.
