When I started this challenge, I was skeptical about whether such short workouts could make a difference. But the consistent daily commitment has helped me develop better discipline and maintain energy throughout the day. One powerful lesson I've learned is that progress is not about perfection but persistence. Some days I felt tired or distracted, and I missed workouts. However, jumping back in without guilt kept my progress moving forward. This approach has reinforced that success depends on showing up regularly, no matter the obstacles. The 'one minute per exercise' format keeps things manageable and helps maintain focus without burnout. It’s easy to fit these 7 minutes into a busy schedule, which makes the challenge sustainable long-term. As we approach the last 7 days, I’m reminded how important it is to balance pushing hard with self-love and care. Celebrating small wins and giving yourself a mental hug boosts motivation. This mindset shift has been key for me to enjoy the journey and not just the outcomes. If you’re following along or thinking about starting, my advice is simple: consistency beats intensity, and every small effort counts.
