From personal experience, I’ve seen how important it is to maintain empathy and open dialogue during such times. The dynamic where one partner expects the other to 'carry' them financially and emotionally often leads to frustration on both sides. I have observed that when responsibility becomes unevenly distributed, resentment grows fast. Instead of blaming each other, couples should try to see the situation as a shared challenge. One key insight is the difference between 'entitlement' and partnership. When one partner feels entitled to support without contributing, while the other feels like a parent rather than a partner, imbalance occurs. The former may resist seeking employment or contributing, while the latter experiences exhaustion and stress trying to cover all bills. It’s important for both to understand that partnership means mutual effort, especially in times of hardship. In my experience, couples who openly discuss the fears and pressures around losing income tend to navigate this period better. This includes acknowledging feelings of failure or shame, which are common yet often unspoken. Sometimes, setting small goals like part-time work or exploring disability options can alleviate pressure and rebuild confidence. Another aspect to consider is how societal expectations of masculinity or gender roles can affect attitudes toward work and responsibility. Challenging these stereotypes within the relationship allows for more flexibility and understanding, so neither partner feels trapped by an outdated script. Finally, it’s vital to avoid becoming a 'safety net' that enables avoidance of responsibility. Support should empower both partners to grow and contribute according to their abilities. Sharing the load and appreciating each other's efforts can transform difficult times into opportunities for deeper connection and resilience.

Tiktok Ban? (Almost Montana!) What do U all think
Ok, so "You Know Who" has done a 360 on the decision of banning tiktok🤔. Keep in mind that they were amongst those who first shared their concerns about the social media platform being disadvantageous to the goals, freedom, and governmental privacy of the citizens of the United States and i

What do you think of the merge so far?
I recently updated to adhere by the new features that Lemon8 has. Honestly, not much has changed. I honestly did not know what to expect with Lemon8 merging with tiktok. However, here’s what changed. Once you merge and link your tiktok account, your username on tiktok is now your username on lem
