My day off in pics 💌🛍️📝

I sleep in little and ease into waking up. Check notifications and then hit the gym 💪

Today, I had a psychiatrist check-in, and sometimes I have therapy and/or chiropractor. but always some mental health/self- care 🧠💕

I end my errands with a treat: a dirty soda 🥤 we have a local place like Swig, but it's called Chug. it's so cute, and every drink has been amazing ✨️

And today I treated myself to some #thrifting 🛍 I found some GREAT finds ✨️ totally unplanned: found near perfect condition Coach flats, cute jewelry box, sparkly heels for performances 🎭, and some cute sweaters 🎀
