DRUNK CHICKEN, Roasted Potatoes & Green Beans
DRUNK CHICKEN:
Wash and pat chicken dry
Season with Strawberry Seasoning
Sit Chicken on on Beer Can or Drunk Chicken Holder(I got mine from Amazon)
Grill approximately 1 Hour
ROASTED BABY POTATOES:
Preheat your oven to 400°F If using larger potatoes, cut them into halves or quarters to ensure even cooking. For baby potatoes, halving is usually sufficient, but quarter larger ones " .
2. Seasoning: Place the cut potatoes in a large bowl.
Drizzle with olive oil and add seasonings of your choice
Toss thoroughly to ensure all potatoes are evenly coated " . If you want extra crispy potatoes, some recipes suggest boiling them until fork-tender (about 10 minutes) before draining and cooling, then cutting and seasoning "
3. Roasting: Bake for 20-25 minutes, then stir the potatoes. Continue baking for another 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown, crispy on the outside, and tender on the inside " . Total baking time can range from 35-50 minutes depending on potato size.
4. Finishing Touch (Optional): For an even crispier finish, broil the potatoes on high for 6-10 minutes at the end, watching closely to prevent burning " . If using Parmesan, you can add it during the last few minutes of baking or after broiling
CRACK GREEN BEANS:
5 8oz. cans cut green beans, drained
12 slices of bacon chopped
2/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup of butter melted
7 tsp soy sauce
11/2 tsp garlic powder?
Put the drained beans in a 9×13-inch pan. Add the cooked bacon pieces.
Mix the brown sugar, butter, soy sauce, and garlic powder. Pour over the beans and bake 40 minutes at
350°F.
Toss to coat and mix every things, serve
