จากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัวในการเข้าอบรมหลักสูตร "Smart Personality For Smart Service" พบว่าหลักสูตรนี้มีประโยชน์อย่างมากในการพัฒนาบุคลิกภาพและทักษะการสื่อสารเพื่อการทำงานและการให้บริการอย่างมืออาชีพ สิ่งที่ประทับใจคือวิทยากรมีความรู้และเชี่ยวชาญสูง เปิดโอกาสให้ผู้เข้าร่วมได้ซักถามแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นได้อย่างเต็มที่ ทำให้บรรยากาศการอบรมเต็มไปด้วยความเป็นกันเองและส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ที่ดี หลังการอบรมความมั่นใจของผู้เข้าร่วมเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างเห็นได้ชัด โดยเฉพาะเรื่องการสร้าง First Impression ที่ดีและการพัฒนาทัศนคติด้านการบริการอย่างมืออาชีพ ทั้งยังสามารถนำความรู้ไปปรับใช้ในการทำงานจริงได้มากถึง 87.9% ซึ่งสะท้อนว่าสาระและกิจกรรมในหลักสูตรตรงกับความต้องการของผู้เรียน นอกจากนี้ หลักสูตรยังช่วยให้ผู้เข้าร่วมพัฒนาภาพลักษณ์ที่ดีให้กับตนเองและองค์กร ช่วยสร้างความน่าเชื่อถือ และส่งเสริมความสำเร็จในการทำงานอย่างยั่งยืน จึงแนะนำให้หน่วยงานต่าง ๆ พิจารณาจัดอบรมแบบนี้อย่างต่อเนื่อง เพราะไม่เพียงแต่ช่วยเสริมศักยภาพบุคลากรแต่ยังยกระดับคุณภาพการบริการโดยรวมได้อย่างแท้จริง
