Heyyy!!!
So I did something for me. I have struggled with my weight pretty much my entire life. Was just sitting here thinking one night. Kinda thinking about all the programs and weight loss strategies I have done in the past and what worked for me and what didn’t. Trust me, it’s been a lot. I made up my mind that I wasn’t going to go into another program that was going to cost me a fortune. I used xyngular before and while it was amazing and I had amazing results, it was about $500 a month not counting the special food I had to buy. I can’t fast, I don’t dare even try that. I have a little workout routine that I have been doing but just simply doing that and watching what I ate wasn’t doing it for me. I had so many aches and pains that ibuprofen became a necessity to just get up out of bed in the morning…
But going back to my story… years ago I took the leap and walked in to a weight watchers meeting. I loved it because I could virtually eat what ever I wanted and just had to count points. I became pretty good at it and eventually lost about 100 pounds. But then I met my ex(husband) and got pregnant with my beautiful 18 year old daughter. I eventually quit WW because you really can’t do it and be pregnant. Them I had 3 more kids over the span of several years. Life happened I got big and was pretty content with it because I was married and wasn’t going anywhere.
Fast forward to now. I’ve been divorced for 8 wonderful years and over those years I have been 128 pounds all the way to what I was 2 weeks ago and that was 215. As I was sitting here thinking about all the struggles with the diets and such i decided to google weight watchers. And joined right then. That was on my daughter’s 18th birthday.
But the last time I went to the doctor which was about a week ago, I was 202.4 and since then I’m not sure just how much I weigh but I feel like it’s less because I am fitting clothes that I haven’t worn in about 2 years!!! This shirt that I am wearing in the picture, I haven’t work in at least 2 years!!! Oh and the best part is that I no longer hurt and ache. I don’t have to take ibuprofen just to get out of bed in the morning and I can work an entire shift on my feet and still be ready to go after work. And I work 3rd shift.
It’s been a life changer for me!!!
