Great suggestions!! My only thing is, oat and almond milk, while what you posted may have “cleaner” ingredients aren’t good for you. Really the best thing for that is just raw milk if you can find it local, especially goat milk. Goat milk is actually beneficial to our bodies over cows milk. Goats milk has superior digestibility, lower allergen potential, and higher nutrient absorption.
