I enjoyed seasonal cakes and tea at my favorite HARBS!
Even though it is volume Manten, it is strange because it can be eaten 🤤

HARBSのムース系って、見た目はふわふわ可愛いのに、ひと切れがしっかり大きくて「満足感すごい…！」って毎回なります。冬のストロベリームースは特に、ムースの口どけがなめらかで、いちごの果肉がちゃんと入っているタイプ。甘さだけじゃなく酸味も感じるので、最後まで飽きにくいのが好きポイントでした。 同じく気になって検索されがちな「オレンジムースタルト」は、いちごよりも柑橘の爽やかさが前に出る印象。ムースの軽さは似ていても、後味がキュッと締まるので、濃厚なケーキが続くときの“口直し枠”にも向いていそうです。友達とシェアするなら、ストロベリームース（ミルキーで甘酸っぱい）×オレンジムースタルト（さっぱり柑橘）みたいに味の方向性を変えると、食べ比べが楽しくなります。 それから、harbsの「グリーンティームース」も、甘さ控えめ派に刺さりやすいと思います。抹茶のほろ苦さがある分、ミルク感はあっても全体は落ち着いた味になりやすいので、食後のデザートや、ケーキを2種類いきたい日にも選びやすいです。 ドリンクは、今回みたいに“SEASON’S TEA（季節限定）”が出ている時期はぜひチェック。キャラメルスパイスティーはチャイっぽい香りで、ケーキの甘みをうまくまとめてくれました。逆に、ムースをもっと主役にしたいならストレートティー、甘さを足したいならミルクティー寄り、という選び方もおすすめです。 混雑対策は本当に大事で、HARBSは予約不可の店舗が多いので、私は「平日午前」か「遅めの時間」を狙うことが多いです。テイクアウトができる店舗なら、先にケーキを買って持ち帰るのもアリ。店内でゆっくりするなら、ピークを外すだけで体感待ち時間がかなり変わります。 季節限定は入れ替わりが早いので、行く前に公式情報を軽く確認しておくと安心。ムース好きなら、ストロベリームース・オレンジムースタルト・グリーンティームースの順に、その日の気分で選ぶのが間違いないと思いました。
