「化粧水のあとにこれ1本」と聞くと、結局“塗る順番”が気になりますよね。私も最初は、乳液・日焼け止め・下地を全部重ねるべき？と迷いました。結論から言うと、このタイプのUV乳液は“朝用乳液＋日焼け止め＋下地”の役割がまとまっているので、基本は化粧水のあとに使えばOKでした。 私がやっている朝の塗る順番（ベーシック） 1) 洗顔 2) 化粧水 3) エリクシール デーケアレボリューション（UV乳液） 4) ファンデ／パウダー シンプルですが、これだけで「透明感×ハリ感」を仕込みたい朝にかなり時短になります。 美容液やクリームを足したい日の“塗る順番” ・美白系/保湿系の美容液を使うなら：化粧水→美容液→UV乳液 ・乾燥が強い日：化粧水→（軽めの）乳液orクリーム→UV乳液 ここでのコツは、UV乳液の前に重たい油分を乗せすぎないこと。こってりクリームを厚く塗ると、UV乳液がムラになったりメイクがヨレやすい気がしました。 量と塗り方（ムラ防止） SPF50+ PA++++のアイテムほど、量が少ないと効果が落ちがち。私は手の甲に出して、両頬・額・鼻・あごに点置きしてから、顔の外側へ伸ばす方法が一番ムラになりにくかったです。最後にフェイスラインまでなじませると、首との色差も出にくいです。 メイク前の待ち時間 みずみずしいテクスチャーでも、すぐにファンデを重ねると崩れの原因になることがありました。私は塗ったあと30秒〜1分くらい置いてからベースメイクに進むと、ロングラスティング感が出やすかったです。 落とし方（石けんオフ） 石けんオフOKの日は、帰宅後に洗顔料でしっかり泡立てて丁寧に。ベースメイクまで重ねた日はクレンジングを使うと安心でした。 「忙しい朝でもきちんとケアしたい」「塗る順番をシンプルにしたい」人は、まず化粧水→これ1本の流れから試すと失敗しにくいと思います。
