「ピンク シェーディング」って可愛いけど、実際はどう使うのが正解？と迷うことが多かったです。私も最初は“ピンク＝腫れぼったく見えそう”“影にならなそう”と思っていました。ところが、ピンク×ブラウン寄りの「血色シェード」タイプは、ちゃんと陰影が作れるのにグレーっぽくくすみにくくて、大人の顔立ちにすごく合いました。 まずコツは「つける量」を減らすこと。ブラシに取ったら一度ティッシュや手の甲でならしてから入れると、失敗が激減します。ピンクシェーディングは発色がやさしい分、つい重ねがちですが、薄く2回が一番きれいでした。 入れる場所は“顔を削る”というより“影を仕込む”感覚が合います。おすすめは3点。 1) 耳下〜あご下：フェイスラインがぼやけやすいところに、短いストロークでサッと。ここが一番「顔まわりスッキリ」に直結しました。 2) 頬骨下：口角より外側から、頬骨の下にふわっと。影を下げすぎるとたるみっぽく見えるので、入れたら上方向へぼかして“リフト感”を意識。 3) こめかみ〜生え際：髪の生え際にうっすら入れると、顔の余白が締まって見えます。やりすぎるとピンクが目立つので、ここもごく薄く。 ピンクシェーディングが活きるのは「仕上げのバランス」。影だけで終わると平面に戻りやすいので、Cゾーンにツヤ系ハイライトを少量重ねると立体感が長持ちしました。チークも同系色でまとめると、影が浮かず“血色の延長”に見えるのでおすすめです。 あと、乾燥しやすい時期はベースも大事でした。私は保湿系下地→薄めのファンデ→最後にシェーディングの順にすると、粉っぽさが出にくかったです。メルティングオイル配合みたいなしっとり粉質のものだと、小ジワが目立ちにくくて安心感がありました。 「ピンク シェーディング」は、濃い影でシャープにするより、“くすまないピンクの影”で自然に輪郭補正したい人に向いていると思います。まずはフェイスラインだけでも試すと変化がわかりやすいです。
