「ケラジェニック セット」って結局どれを買うのが正解？と思って、私は3点（シャンプー／トリートメント／ウォータートリートメント）を“セット使い”する前提でチェックしました。パサつき・広がり・ツヤのなさが気になる人ほど、ラインで使うと変化が分かりやすい印象です。 まずシャンプーは、泡立ちが良いタイプだと感じました。ダメージ毛って絡まりやすいのに、きめ細かい泡が髪全体を包むと摩擦が減って洗いやすいのが助かります。私は予洗いを長めにしてから（ぬるま湯で1分くらい）泡立てると、指通りがさらにスムーズでした。「なめらか指通り」を狙うなら、この一手間が地味に効きます。 次にトリートメント。こっくり濃厚なので、毛先中心にしっかり置くのがおすすめです。私は“中間〜毛先に塗る→粗めのコームでとかす→2〜3分置く”をやると、毛先までしっとりまとまりやすかったです。根元に付けすぎるとぺたんとなることがあるので、広がりやすい人ほど毛先集中が安心だと思いました。 そして仕上げのウォータートリートメントが、個人的に「セットで使う意味」を感じたポイント。テクスチャーが軽いのにツヤが出やすくて、最後に入れると“仕上がり格上げ感”が出ます。私のやり方は、トリートメントを流した後に水気を軽く切ってから、毛先中心になじませてサッと流す方法。重くなりにくいのに、まとまりとツヤの両方が出やすかったです。 「ケラジェニック セット」が合いそうなのは、カラーやヘアアイロンでダメージが蓄積して、毛先がパサパサ・広がるタイプの髪。逆に、軽さ重視でさっぱり仕上げが好きな人は、量や置き時間を短めに調整すると使いやすいと思います。 あと、ドラッグストアで買えるのも続けやすいところ。まずは3点セットで“1〜2週間”使ってみて、朝の広がりやドライ後のパサつきがどう変わるかを見ると、自分に合うか判断しやすいです。
