the first slide was my skin last summer…. It was SUPER dry, my pores were bigger than space, my skin texture reminded me of a lizards, and I was looking super old at the ripe age of 24 😃 I knew I had to do something about this immediately!!!
i fell victim to a lot of random products from TikTok shop that were terrible… but in contrast, I was introduced to korean skincare. I gave it a go, because what else did I have to lose when I was starting to look like an old lady.
after months of consistency, my skin has finally started to look and feel younger. It’s hydrated, my wrinkles are less apparent, my skin is smoother, and my pores are slowly shrinking. it’s not “glass skin” after the first use as the ads always say, but after looking at these photos side by side, I can tell that at least there’s a DIFFERENCE and an IMPROVEMENT. NOTHING is ever going to be an instant fix, and if it is… most of the time…. It’s probably not good for your body.

1. NIDA Youthful Formula Ultimate Moisturizing Cream

I apply this moisturizer every single day before anything else. i switched over to this one after using the COSRX moisturizer for a while… I feel like this one is much more hydrating and has helped tighten up my wrinkles around my eyes more than the COSRX one did. My skin was dry at the end of the day with COSRX, but NIDA my skin is hydrated all day long.
2. NIDA Peptide Propolis Renewal Serum

I apply this once every night. Sometimes every other night. I have some other serums that I switch between but this is the only one that hasn’t caused me to get acne on my cheeks.
3. ANUA Heartleaf Pore Control Cleansing Oil

I use this once a week. At first I used it like every night but that’s not a good idea because it would cause mini breakouts when I used it too often since it’s strong. BUTTTT once a week is perfect. I STAND BY this stuff as it’s the only thing that has helped transform my strawberry nose.
4. ANUA Heartleaf Pore Deep Cleansing Foam

Again, I use this once a week after the cleansing oil. Also the only thing that has been able to tackle my pore situation. Thank GOD for this brand.
5. NARS Tinted Moisturizer SPF 30

This is more makeup than skincare but since it’s technically a moisturizer I’ll add it here anyways. It pretty much is my skin but better. Adds extra hydration while also protecting my face from the sun… I mean what could be better than this. Throw your foundation away right now and just get this stuff honestly.
