Day 1 Diary - Go To Lunch

Lettuce wrapped ANYTHING is my go to. Shredded chicken, shrimp, ground beef. Switching the sauce is the best part. Another fave is shredded seasoned turkey with Sweet Chili sauce. #tacos 🌮 💚 #food #lettuce #Lemon8Diary #lemon8diarychallenge

When I don’t have time to pack myself a lunch, but I want something healthy, filling and CHEAP, here’s what I do: Order a MINI BOWL at Qdoba! 🥙🥙🥙 They’re around $7 after tax and literally the most perfect portion size for a lunch break! I believe all the protein options are the same price

Ingredients: Cottage cheese Shredded canned chicken Shredded cheese Buffalo sauce Cucumbers for some green That’s it!! This is by far my most favorite lunch/dinner meal recently because it’s filled with protein, mostly whole ingredients and it takes 1 minute to make! #lunch #din
