Let's face it, we have all been there. The times where our brains are so hyper critical of ourselves. It can feel so lonely and overwhelming.

But here is the catch, negative thinking patterns are oddly addicting because of the few times they motivate us to change...

Here is the truth, negative internal dialogue doesn't maintain motivation or promote change. It only brings about comparison, worry, and dissatisfaction.

I know it may feel silly to practice some of these tips, but trust me, they work.
