Muchas personas creen que procrastinan por falta de disciplina… pero en realidad el problema suele ser la emoción asociada a la decisión. Cuando una decisión activa miedo, inseguridad o presión, el cerebro intenta evitarla. No es falta de capacidad. Es cómo tu cerebro aprendió a reaccionar.
