📝 Reflect & Journal (8:00 PM – 8:15 PM):

• I use journaling prompts to script my dream life and visualize my future self. It’s such a powerful way to stay motivated!

💆‍♀️ Luxurious Self-Care (8:15 PM – 8:45 PM):

• This is my time for skincare, my hair routine, and extra pampering. Sundays are all about indulgence with a deep self-massage or special treatments.

☕ Sleep Ritual (8:45 PM – 9:00 PM):

• I sip herbal tea, practice 5 minutes of mindful breathing, and set my morning intention. This helps me drift off feeling calm and prepared.
