A Cozy Night Classic You’ll Want on Repeat 🤍✨

Creamy Chicken Alfredo Lasagna 😋 This dish feels like a hug. Here’s how I made it! 📍

You’ll need…: ✨

Chicken breast or thighs

Lasagna noodles

Broccoli

Parmesan cheese

Heavy whipping cream or whole milk

Butter of your choice

Avocado oil (any oil of your choice)

Italian seasoning

Onion powder

Black pepper

Garlic powder

Chicken bullion (optional)

Steps…: ✨

Start by bringing two pots of water to a boil. Generously sprinkle the chicken bullion in both pots. This helps the noodles and veggies take sooo much better. But this is optional. Also preheat your over to 350 F.

Next put your lasagna noodles in one pot and your broccoli in the other.

Cook the broccoli until tender and noodles until al dente.

Next CLEAN YOUR MEAT.

Once done, season generously with the listed ingredients on both sides. I also like to put avocado oil on the meat.

Place meat on grill (or stove). Cook until it reached internal temp of 160 F - 180 F. You don’t want it over done.

While that’s cooking you can prep your sauce. I like to use one whole stick of butter but I only had half in this demo. Place butter in pot and let it melt.

Once melted, add 1 cup of heavy whipping cream or milk to the pot. Stir occasionally but also let it bubble and boil slightly.

Lastly, add parmasan cheese to the pot. Stir thoroughly.

The chicken should be done now so chop it up into big or small chucks. Also cut your broccoli.

Start building your layers. You can do this however you want. I started with a little sauce on the botttom and built up with noodles, more sauce, chicken, broccoli, more sauce, shredded cheese (optional), and repeat. Repeat until you run out of ingredients in a square baking dish.
