Bugs

My son and I were out exploring the other day and came across a huge pile of bugs.

First thought was to pull him away and make some sort of statement about how gross it was. Second was that I shouldn’t do that.

We ended up getting as close as I was comfortable to take these pictures and explore.

A major part of why I started taking pictures again is to help slow myself down and explore more.

Developmentally my son needs that from me. And it’s got plenty of other benefits for the both of us as well.
