Me vs. Me
Working out 🏋🏽 was never an issue.
🥩 what needed to change was how I ate.
It wasn’t until I hit 40 and I noticed no matter how much I worked out, I was still gaining fat that I decided to make a major change.
📈 I started tracking macros and I immediately started seeing results!
I’m 41 now and am in the best shape of my life.
Long ways to go, but with the new habits I have developed, I continue to loose fat and gain muscle.
It’s a beautiful feeling to be proud of who you see in the mirror.
