1. engage your core everytime! (try to cough and hold that “inward position” your stomach is in!) thank me later HAHA 2. always do leg raises (before u sleep, when u wake up etc, make it like a 5 min habitual thing) - no need to specifically time it or u will feel like giving up, just try yr best!
