At the gym, I struggled to lift weights at first, feeling stuck and frustrated. But seeking guidance from others, like a supportive trainer or gym friend, made a huge difference. I found a ‘saviour’ who encouraged me to keep trying and showed simple techniques that worked. Persistence really pays off—sometimes it takes multiple attempts to get a move right, and that’s okay. Celebrating small wins like managing a few reps or improving form builds confidence. This journey has taught me resilience and the importance of community, especially for fit moms over 40. My advice to other moms is to embrace the process and not compare yourself to others. Every little step forward counts. Keep sharing your story because it inspires others who might be on the same path. We’re stronger together!
