Share your experience in the condo with your neighbor Airbnb
In BMA, we like to stay in the condo because of the peace, privacy, feeling safe and the honor that we are very strict to keep each other in peace.
When we came to the school, we thought that the condo would have a similar atmosphere.
But wrong, expected!
It's here to be quiet with atmosphere, spontaneity, but once you get to know someone, life changes immediately. 😆
Is the last greeting every day and every time Until many times we have to sneak into the room not dare to be on the balcony because we don't want to talk to anyone (we introvert)
And here, most buy for investment. Owners live for a little or a long time.
It makes a lot of Airbnb neighbors, actually in management.
If the manager is strict and selects tourists and chooses for months, it will calm down.
We were a little unlucky when the old manager resigned, and the new man was out of control, unable to manage and accept customers, so much entertainment occurred to our neighbors that sometimes we had to bump into the children together for peace.
The problem is a crash. 😆
For our experience, there are quite obvious differences in condo society and living. The early days can't compare to being in a condo in BMA, always thinking about the old place, but when we get used to it, it's not bad. Anything you can handle is handled.

จากประสบการณ์การอยู่คอนโดในต่างจังหวัดกับเพื่อนบ้านที่ส่วนใหญ่เป็นผู้เช่าระยะสั้นผ่าน Airbnb ผมพบว่าความสงบและความเป็นส่วนตัวที่คุ้นเคยจากคอนโดในกรุงเทพฯ หายไปค่อนข้างมาก ในพื้นที่ชนบทที่ดูเงียบสงบด้วยบรรยากาศธรรมชาติ กลับกลายเป็นว่าจะมีเสียงทักทายและพูดคุยกันอย่างใกล้ชิดตลอดเวลา ซึ่งสำหรับคนที่ชอบความเป็นส่วนตัวหรือเป็น introvert แบบผม นี่ถือเป็นความท้าทายอย่างแท้จริง หลายครั้งต้องแอบอยู่ในห้อง ไม่กล้าออกไปยืนที่ระเบียงเพราะกลัวต้องเจอเสียงพูดคุยที่ไม่อยากมีส่วนร่วม นอกจากนี้บริบทของคอนโดที่มีผู้ลงทุนแล้วปล่อยให้เช่าระยะสั้นมาก ทำให้ลูกบ้านมักเปลี่ยนไปเรื่อยๆ จึงมีความยากในการดูแลความสงบเรียบร้อย สิ่งที่สำคัญอย่างยิ่งคือการบริหารจัดการของนิติและผู้จัดการคอนโด หากมีการคัดกรองผู้เช่า Airbnb อย่างเข้มงวด เลือกผู้เช่าระยะยาวที่ต้องการความสงบ และมีข้อบังคับที่ชัดเจน เช่น ห้ามสูบบุหรี่ กัญชา หรือห้ามเสียงดังรบกวน ก็จะช่วยทำให้สังคมภายในคอนโดมีความสมดุลมากขึ้น ผมเองเคยผ่านช่วงรอยต่อที่ผู้จัดการคนเก่าหยุดทำงานแล้วผู้จัดการใหม่ไม่สามารถควบคุมลูกบ้าน Airbnb ได้ ทำให้เกิดปัญหาเสียงดังและพฤติกรรมไม่เหมาะสม ซึ่งบางทีผมต้องเผชิญหน้าและพูดคุยกับเพื่อนบ้านคนอื่นเพื่อหาทางออกและรักษาความสงบ สำหรับใครที่กำลังคิดจะซื้อหรือเช่าคอนโดในต่างจังหวัด ควรให้ความสำคัญกับนโยบายการจัดการของนิติและการคัดกรองผู้เช่า Airbnb อย่างจริงจัง เพื่อป้องกันปัญหาซ้ำซ้อน และหากเจอเพื่อนบ้านที่ไม่ตรงสเปคกับเราก็อาจต้องใช้วิธีการสื่อสารและทำความเข้าใจเพื่อนบ้านร่วมกัน เพื่อสร้างสังคมที่น่าอยู่ขึ้น สุดท้ายแล้ว ประสบการณ์แบบนี้สอนให้เรารู้จักปรับตัวและทำใจ ในเมื่อสภาพแวดล้อมเปลี่ยนไป สิ่งที่สำคัญคือการหาวิธีจัดการกับปัญหาอย่างมีสติและไม่ท้อถอย เพราะปัญหาในสังคมคอนโดมีไว้ให้เราพัฒนาทักษะการอยู่ร่วมกับผู้อื่นอย่างแท้จริง
