Protein pancake muffins !

Omggg these were a hit last time in my house so I had to make them again.

This time I added a half scoop of whey protein powder - vanilla, for some extra flavor and protein.

Without the protein powder we were already packing on 22g of protein.

Follow pancake instructions - but pour into cupcake tray. Add any extras that you like !

Sooooo good! Must try !
