Unaesthetic Budget Friendly Dinner ✨🍽️ ❣️

So as we can see, this is clearly a very well loved and cooked in pot so please! REFRAIN from making comments I am in the process of thrifting new cookware but this is what I got going for me so BE NICE !

Totally rounded up 💵 Price: $15

This is for real a simple dinner for after work, the most work I put into this was wrapping the roast in foil to keep the juices surrounding the actual meat to keep it tender. Baked at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for about 45 mins and the broiled for 5 mins on high

Then I made mashed potato’s (sadly in the microwave but momma is tired y’all I’m sorry) I warmed the water up for 5 mins and made as directed. I personally put salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and butter to spice them up a little!

Lastly just some peas from the can, these got warmed up as well and seasoned with salt and pepper and a little bit of garlic

Overall it took about an hour to make since I did the rest in the microwave last but not too bad for a dinner on a Tuesday night and it filled our tummies so I won’t complain!

For our three year old I gave her watermelon as well just to give her a really full belly because she isn’t big on meat unless it’s chicken nuggets but we always encourage her to try it just once!
