Megatron with new recruits lol

However, Megatron's presence always looms large in the Transformers universe. Looking back, Megatron has been a central figure in most of the live-action films. He started as the main antagonist in the original 2007 Transformers movie, was revived as Galvatron in *Age of Extinction*, and had a significant role in *The Last Knight*. His character has evolved dramatically across different continuities and even within the Bayverse films. This history makes fans wonder if and how he could return again. Could he be resurrected in a new, even more menacing form? Or perhaps we'll see a completely new take on the character in a different timeline, similar to how Bumblebee rebooted certain aspects of the lore.
