I am 33 classes out of 75 for the year & I think that I can still make it with 3 months more to go. I might just go 4-5 times a week as opposed to current 2-3.

My recent commitment to attending Pilates classes not only helps in physical transformation but also nurtures mental well-being. Engaging in various fitness activities like Pilates promotes body strength and flexibility, rounding out my overall health goals. A daily reminder can be a powerful tool to reinforce these goals. Knowing that I have to move and engage in physical activity keeps my motivation high.
