My guess is that because the weight gain happened straight after getting the mirena in, it’s related to the hormones. I’m hoping it settles bc my body is bloated and puffy and not feeling like a representation of all the inflammation lowering things I do. #mirena #lowinflammation #iud

1. I’d never go in without a plan/ program. Walking to an area/ machine with purpose vs wandering around lost would send me back out the door immediately. 2. I’d never follow workouts I’ve saved off Instagram. We all need progression, repetition, and customisation if we want to see results.
