'Honor & Service'
Philippians 2:25-30 NASB2020 reminds me of 'Honor & Service':
[30] because he came close to death for the work of Christ, risking his life to compensate for your absence in your service to me.
"Do we remember to honor those Christians who serve selflessly, especially those who risk their well-being for the sake of others?"
God's heros walk amongst us daily, never seen, never acknowledged, just going about in their walks with Jesus. They're quiet which is why they are invisible. The deeds they do, happen with a gracious heart. They're not necessarily those who are standing on a street corner with a bullhorn. It's not their own recognition that is their concern.
'Quiet hero's', mainly contribute from behind-the-scenes, as all Christians are called to serve in quiet ways.
* Colossians 3:23 "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men".
They possess deep faith and and their impact is visible, they are also master's at setting healthy boundaries!
It prevents them from having to leave their cover while they continue on with impactful service, most without seeking recognition or fanfare.
Some go, maybe further than anticpating, risking their lives for the benefit of others!
So this is a reminder to appreciate and acknowledge the sacrifices made by those who serve quietly or even outloud with their selfless bravery! If you see an opportunity, be a witness to an unsung hero who still may walk in the darkness!
Heavenly Father, point them out? The unsung heros that are in my extended social circle.The one's who quietly keep our faith growing stronger and stronger all for Your glory! Bless them Father, only You know who they are. Thank you for creating these stealthy warriors of faith who press forward regardless of circumstance! They know Your word is true...

"The Lord will fight for you, while you keep silent.”
