Crumbed Barramundi served with homemade tartare sauce, steamed rice & lite salad ❤️

Ingredients:

1kg YOUR FAVOURITE fish

1 cup plain flour

3 eggs, whisked

1 cup breadcrumbs

1 tsp MasterFoods Lemon Pepper Blend

1 tsp Hoyt’s Italian Herb Mix

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

Salt & pepper

Cooking oil for frying

Homemade Creamy Tartare Sauce

200 g mayonnaise

1 medium red onion, finely chopped

½ bunch parsley, chopped

1 tsp Dijon mustard

1 tsp minced garlic

Pinch salt & pepper

Lemon wedges to serve

Method:

1.In a bowl combine mayonnaise, garlic, Dijon mustard, chopped red onion, parsley, salt and pepper. Mix well and place in the fridge until ready to serve.

2.In one bowl mix flour, lemon pepper, Italian herbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Place whisked eggs in another bowl. Place breadcrumbs in a third bowl.

3.Dip fish into flour → shake off excess, Dip into egg → coat well, Dip into breadcrumbs → press firmly. Place on lined tray and repeat.

4.Heat cooking oil in frypan for shallow frying. Cook fish until golden brown and crispy on both sides. Place on paper towel to drain. Golden. Crispy. Just like YOU ✨

5.Serve fried fish on steamed rice with lite salad, lemon wedges and a big spoon of homemade tartare. Enjoy with YOUR MOB ❤️
