reading: the creative act by rick rubin. if you consider yourself creative, this is a great book that explores the creative process, the deeper meaning behind why we create, and connects artistic expression with a bit of spiritual exploration. im halfway through and i can’t put it down.
eating: found these strawberry licorice twists at trader joe’s and they’re pretty good. more chewier than i’d like but it really does taste like strawberry.
playing: i bring my x100v around more to take photos of whatever looks cool. i realized this year that i haven’t taken photos for fun outside of work in years. im aiming to be more intentional with slowing down and changing that.
obsessing: max recently got a bath and we are all very happy about that lol
recommending: recently finished the bear on hulu and its style of comedy is just so good
treating: why try one flavor of coffee when you can try multiple? recently tried a lavendar honey and salted caramel flight from communal coffee in south park and it was so good. then grabbed a hazelnut brown sugar latte for later ♡
