Soften your grip from past situations and allow yourself to focus on the present moment. Everything is just an experience and none of it defines who you are as a person if you don't want it to.

02. Your Thoughts Are a Story

You have the ability to choose what you want to believe. Most of the time our thoughts are just thoughts and they aren't based on facts. If you continue to play a specific perspective and narrative in your head, you'll continue to believe it -- good or bad. Take a step back and assess how your thoughts make you feel. Is there a part in that story that can be seen differently?

03. Set Boundaries

Set boundaries with yourself and those around you. Are you allowing something to negatively impact you too often? Whether this is someone in your life sharing negative opinions or you going through the cycle of negative thoughts, create space between that. Instead, limit the negativity to a minimum in order to let positivity flow through.
