we all know how it goes - you get home, you’re exhausted from a days work. you plop down on the first available surface, pull out your phone for what you tell yourself is a quick brain break 👀

and 3 hours later, you realize the rest of your day disappeared 😭 i was guilty of this literally every day until i recognized the pattern and made a plan to fix it!!

these are the steps i take when i get home to make sure i keep myself from rotting when i get home from work 🫶🫶 i hope they help!
