It's my second time actually drinking this but I am going to try to drink it once everyday and see what results it will bring me.

It's easy to make, You just need...

- Chia Seeds

- Water of course

- Lemon (optional)

Don't Forget... When You prepare it, Don't drink it right away let it sit for about 15 minutes so the seeds can dissolve and for better results.
