My Favorite Read
📖 Name of the Book: Still Me (Jojo Moyes)
📄 Plot: Still Me follows Louisa Clark as she moves to New York City to work for a wealthy family and tries to reinvent herself while navigating independence, class divides, and a long-distance relationship with Sam. As Louisa confronts who she is versus who she’s expected to be, she has to decide whether she can honor her past and still choose a life that fully belongs to her.
📖 Genre: Contemporary Fiction
📄 My Favorite Quotes: “When people die young, it’s a nudge—reminding us not to take any of it for granted, and that we have a responsibility to make the most of what we’re given.”
“The key is making sure that the people you allow beside you don’t get to define you—don’t pin you down like a butterfly in a case. You have to know you can always reinvent yourself.”
💭 My Thoughts: Loved the story and the characters. As always, Moyes has created a beautifully vibrant world filled with characters with rich backstories. Loved it!
