MY WEEKDAY NIGHT ROUTINE
Hello! My Weekday Night Routine is pretty basic. But thankfully I get everything I want done throughout the day. Sometimes I substitute some activities with different things each day. Not one thing is the same. I may journal instead of reading. Play games with my partner instead of watching a movie.
I have huge amounts of free time throughout the night. But staying consistent and on schedule is something I always like to keep. Mind you, I wake up every morning at 5:30am and go to sleep at late times. I can say I trained my body to wake up automatically at that time without an alarm clock. But even still, I need to get at least 6 hours of sleep for me, myself, and I to function properly through a full work day of college and a part time job.

With a firm schedule and dedication to healthy habits, I consistently refresh my mind and body for the next day challenges, all while ensuring I get sufficient sleep.
