You have motion babe you just not putting yourself out there.
From my own journey, I've realized that having the ability to move forward—what some might call 'having motion'—is just the starting point. The key difference lies in actually putting yourself out there and embracing vulnerability. Often, people hesitate because of fear of judgment or failure, which can feel like an invisible barrier stopping you from expressing your true potential. What has helped me the most is shifting my mindset from worrying about what others think to focusing on my own growth and authenticity. When you consistently put yourself out there, whether it's sharing your thoughts, talents, or projects, you create space for opportunities and connections that wouldn't have happened otherwise. It's about taking intentional steps, no matter how small, to share your unique content or voice with the world. Even on days when self-doubt creeps in, reminding yourself that there is always room to expand and improve makes a difference. Your motion becomes purposeful motion once paired with action. It’s important to listen to your inner drive and combat the negativity that tries to hold you back. In practice, I started by posting regularly despite not feeling 'ready,' engaging with communities that uplifted me, and surrounding myself with positive encouragement. These habits gradually built my confidence and helped transform motion into meaningful progress. So, if you feel stuck or hesitant, remember that the only way to move past this is to step into the space you're meant to fill. Your motion is already there—now it's time to put it to use and watch the transformation unfold.
