Spiraled mind is a space where I feel the most comfortable to get to know who I am and what I want to create my life to be. I hope to make this a space for you to find that same connection with yourself, by focusing on a concept I like to call compassionate chaos ;)

Self-compassion has always been a driving force of balance in my life, long before I was a creator. We are constantly being pulled in and out in, and out of the loop, which is why I decided to call this Spiraled Mind.

The spiral never ends, the sun will always rise tomorrow, the chaos is omnipresent, the balance is found in the grace we extend ourselves in understanding that we are as we are, and that is all we can be.

It is what allows us to find momentum in a positive spiral vs a negative spiral. Compassionate chaos is about creating a safe space for the chaos in our lives to exist without letting it become self-destructive and dangerous to our sanity, by placing importance on self-compassion which allows us to be imperfectly ourselves with every breath we take.

The chaos we experience is incomparable but it is always existing in some form. Whether it’s on a global level, community level or individual level, we all feel it and some of us try and ignore or avoid it. For me, creation has been a great way for me to channel chaos into beauty and create life from emotional turmoil instead of going on repetitive negative spirals over and over again.

At the forefront I am on here to share my designs with you, but Spiraled Mind is made up of so much more, I am so excited for you all to explore the depths of reality with me, through the lens of compassionate chaos. :)
