Perimenopause supplements that actually help!

Perimenopause can start in your 30s! There are so many suggestions of what to buy from influencers that are making money off promoting, not because they’ve actually had a good experience. It’s frustrating and expensive!

Here are a few that I’ve tried and actually noticed a difference.

😴 Magnesium for sleep

It doesn’t completely cure the insomnia, but there is a noticeable difference in how I sleep (even my Oura ring confirms). I take one nightly but if nothing else, take this during your luteal phase! It’s when you need it most.

💈Viviscal for hair growth

It has not helped with hair thinning but it does help with length, it’s definitely grown faster. I also tried other supplements that had only biotin with similar results, I belive biotin is the magic ingredient.

🔥 Meno gummies for hot flashes

Within a week of taking these daily I did notice a big decrease in hot flashes. It didn’t completely treat them but it cut the frequency almost in half.

However, if hair thinning is a primary concern, pairing supplements with scalp care routines and gentle hair products might enhance results. For hot flashes, Meno gummies provided a significant reduction in frequency within a week of daily use. While not a total solution, they cut the intensity and number of hot flashes almost in half, which was a meaningful relief. Additionally, I found that combining these supplements with regular exercise, stress management techniques such as meditation, and maintaining a balanced diet rich in phytoestrogens can improve overall well-being during perimenopause. Staying hydrated and avoiding triggers like caffeine and spicy foods can also help minimize flushing episodes. It’s crucial to consult with a healthcare provider before starting any new supplement regimen, especially during hormonal transitions, to ensure safety and personalized guidance. Sharing real-world experiences and monitoring your body's responses allows you to tailor your approach most effectively on your perimenopause journey.
