Having a clear, unbiased record of events helps you stay calm and react strategically, rather than emotionally. I always recommend focusing on facts: dates, times, specific statements, and actions. For instance, if parenting time declined unexpectedly or a co-parent "forgot it was their day," documenting these incidents immediately with exact times like Time End and details is crucial.
