Kitchen sink
Ingredients:
-Rice
- 2 containers of mushrooms
- bag of bell peppers
- 2 jalapeños
- 1 onion
-sun dried tomatoes
-2 cans black beans
- 1 can of corn
- chicken tenderloins
-minced garlic
-garlic powder
-onion powder
-smoked paprika
-Cajun
- 2 taco seasoning packets
-chicken stock
- 1 small can of tomato paste (or puree)
Directions:
1. Step one fry all veggies in oil and minced garlic. (Mushrooms, bell peppers, jalapeños, onion, and sun dried tomatoes)
2. Add 2 cans of black beans and 1 can of corn
3. Add roughly 500ml of chicken stock
4. Cut chicken and to pan. Cook chicken through
5. Add tomato paste or puree. This is used to thicken sauce, add for desired consistency
6. Season with your heart using, 2 taco seasoning packets, onion powder, garlic powder, minced garlic, Cajun, and smoked paprika
7. Serve over rice with sour cream and cheese
Tips:
- add more tomato paste of puree to thicken sauce
-add more chicken stock for a more runny sauce
