Shabu Baru Mini in Nextopia Siam Paragon Zone
Watching the movie late at 9: 30 p.m...But I was a little hungry, so I went to the Nextopia zone on the fifth floor, the newly opened Siam Paragon, the lights were still bright, and it caught my eye again. "Shabu Baru Mini."
This shop is beautiful, it's a minimalist circle arch, it covers a clean tone, it sees the kitchen, it sees the seats clearly, and I've been aiming for it since the opening of the new zone.
In a nutshell, it's delicious to finish on a budget of 500 full. Great service. Who can't miss a personal hot pot line!
There are two main options:
Shabu Team (Shabu): Focus on Clear Soup, Clean Flavor, Beginning 390. - (120g Pork) Get Vegetables, Get Rice, With Pontsu Dip and Sesame, Gradually Dip, Gradually Fin
Team Nabe (Nabe): This is awesome! Start 380. - It's a hot pot. There are 3 soups (black / spicy / pork bone). I made a spicy soup. The advantage is that the machine is more versatile. There are ramen lines. (This one doesn't have dipping sauce because the soup is rich.)
Impressions to tell:
- Service is the best. The brother of the good service is always in charge.
- Cool line. Whose table is it? But my favorite garnish is "roasted chili oil." Super roasted chili perfume. Can scoop it all. Who likes spicy and fragrant?
- The mini atmosphere is perfect. The shop is a round bar counter, very suitable for coming alone, or for a few people to eat and talk.
- Ending beautiful with dessert. In the free set! Light mango spun top with silk. When eating, it will press the silk to dissolve in water. It's fun. Sweet and sour. Wash your mouth very well.
- Drink: Hokicha Refill Tea is recommended for 60 baht. Refill throughout. The staff is very quick to fill.
- Summary: This meal is full, including Vat & Service Charge. Finish at about 500 baht. Worth a lot of quality and service.
- Super Advantage: Order up to 8: 00 p.m.! Anyone watching a movie late at night or walking around the mall wants to get something good to eat before you go back. You can stop by. Don't rush.

ใครกำลังเสิร์ชหา “Shabu Baru Mini Siam Paragon เมนู” หรืออยากรู้ว่ามีอะไรน่าลองบ้าง ก่อนเดินไปที่โซน Nextopia (พารากอน) เรามัดรวมเป็นไกด์สั้นๆ จากที่ไปลองจริง เผื่อช่วยตัดสินใจได้ไวขึ้น เมนูหลักของที่นี่จะเข้าใจง่ายมาก: เลือกระหว่าง “Shabu” กับ “Nabe” (หม้อไฟปรุงสำเร็จ) แล้วเลือกเนื้อ/ระดับความอิ่มตามเซ็ตที่ร้านจัดให้ ข้อดีคือเป็นหม้อไฟส่วนตัว กินคนเดียวก็ไม่เขิน และถ้าไปกัน 2 คนก็นั่งคุยกันที่เคาน์เตอร์บาร์ได้แบบสบายๆ ร้านเป็นเคาน์เตอร์ทรงกลม มินิมอล สว่างสะอาด มองเห็นครัวและการทำอาหารชัดเจน ฝั่ง Shabu จะเป็นซุปใสคลีนๆ แนวเบาๆ กินง่าย เหมาะกับคนอยากคุมรสหรืออยากเน้นจิ้มกับน้ำจิ้ม ที่เซ็ตจะได้ผักสดมาเป็นชุด มีข้าว และมีน้ำจิ้มพอนสึกับน้ำจิ้งงา รสจะออกญี่ปุ่นๆ กินแล้วไม่เลี่ยน ถ้าใครชอบความหอมเผ็ด แนะนำให้ไปลอง “น้ำมันพริกคั่ว” ที่วางไว้ให้ปรุงเอง กลิ่นหอมพริกคั่วเด่นมาก เติมนิดเดียวรสเปลี่ยนเลย ส่วนตัวเราว่าไฮไลต์คือฝั่ง Nabe เพราะซุปจะ “เข้มข้นจบในหม้อ” ไม่ต้องพึ่งน้ำจิ้ม (โดยปกติเซ็ตนี้จะไม่มีน้ำจิ้มให้) และเครื่องจะดูหลากหลายกว่า ที่เจอจะมีให้เลือกหลายซุป เช่น น้ำดำ ซุปเผ็ด และซุปกระดูกหมู ถ้าชอบรสจัดให้ไปทางซุปเผ็ด ฟีลหอมเครื่องและกินเพลินมาก ที่สำคัญในเซ็ตมักมีเส้นราเมนมาให้ด้วย ทำให้มื้อนี้อิ่มแบบครบคาร์บ ไม่ต้องสั่งเพิ่มเยอะ เรื่องราคา ถ้าอยากคุมงบ แผนที่เราทำแล้วเวิร์กคือ: เลือกเซ็ตเริ่มต้น (ราว 380–390) แล้วเพิ่มเครื่องดื่มเป็นชาโฮจิฉะรีฟิล (เติมไวดี) สรุปบิลรวมๆ จะอยู่แถวประมาณ 500 บาทนิดๆ รวมเซอร์วิส/ภาษีแล้ว ถือว่าคุ้มมากเมื่อเทียบกับคุณภาพและบริการ อีกอย่างที่หลายคนถามคือของหวาน—ที่นี่มีของหวานแถมในเซ็ต เป็นแนวเครื่องดื่มปั่นรสเปรี้ยวหวาน ท็อปด้วยสายไหม เวลากินกดสายไหมให้ละลายลงไป สนุกและช่วยล้างปากหลังหม้อไฟได้ดี ทิปสุดท้ายสำหรับคนมาเดินพารากอน: ถ้ามาหลังดูหนังรอบดึก ร้านรับออเดอร์ถึงประมาณ 4 ทุ่ม (ราว 22:00) ไม่ต้องรีบมาก แต่อยากได้นั่งสบายๆ แนะนำเลี่ยงช่วงหัวค่ำวันศุกร์-เสาร์ เพราะที่นั่งเป็นเคาน์เตอร์วงกลม คนแน่นแล้วจะเต็มไวครับ
