If you walk into the San Issa building for two evenings, you will feel like walking into an abandoned building that has already been closed, but don't turn around. Follow the Chef Aunt Kai sign that continues to the 2nd floor, a secret corner where you will encounter serious conflict...Because while the building is quiet and dark, the store is shocking!
And this is what my friend labeled to try, and I tried to order it.
1.Rice egg stewed volcano basil pork chop (140.-)
Come in a spectacular way. Bouncy poached eggs are as soft as custard and soft in every word. The amount is to eat alone with a cork. If you come with two friends, order this dish to share it. The pork basil is stir-fried, the taste is dark. The poached eggs are so faded and the taste is really fragrant.
2. Rice fried single sunny fish (150.-)
Normally, fish is difficult to eat because of a lot of cocking, but here the sheep has arrived. Fry until crispy to eat the whole piece.
The fried rice comes dry, fragrant, roasted, pan-fried rice. The surprise is that he stir-fried with basil leaves. The aroma and taste of fried rice match the crispness of the fish perfectly. It's a delicious strange.
3. Stir Thai with full flavor (80.-)
This is not the first time to try it, but on the cover of the menu, not try it. It is stir fried Thai with dried shrimp fried in a crispy style, topped over the face (inside with red dried shrimp stir-fried). Just squeeze the lemon, add a little cayenne pepper, which is the end of the word full flavor, complete the balance of sour, salty, sweet and aromatic fried shrimp of this dish.
What I would recommend to try is..

- Quantitative value for every dish ordered. The quantity doesn't come like a beautiful cafe, but it comes like a single dish.
- Parking. Don't be afraid of parking for the free building 2 because you can finish pumping the parking card for free.
For I think this shop is a treasure trove in a dark building (I've never been to lunch yet). If you overlook the silence of the building, you'll find the real thing that tastes tightening the shop, even in the most secret corner.

จากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัวที่ได้แวะมาที่ร้านเชฟป้าไก่ ชั้น 2 อาคารชาญอิสสระ ทาวเวอร์ 2 ต้องบอกเลยว่าเป็นการค้นพบที่น่าประทับใจมาก ๆ แม้ว่าตึกจะดูเงียบและเปลี่ยวในช่วงเย็น แต่ภายในร้านกลับเต็มไปด้วยความอบอุ่นและเสียงหัวเราะของลูกค้าที่กำลังกินอาหารอย่างมีความสุข อย่างเมนูข้าวไข่ตุ๋นภูเขาไฟกะเพราหมูสับนั้น เป็นจานที่ผสมผสานระหว่างความนุ่มของไข่ตุ๋นที่เด้งเหมือนคัสตาร์ด กับความเข้มข้นของกะเพราหมูสับที่มีใบกะเพราเต็ม ๆ ได้อย่างกลมกล่อม ผมเองยังรู้สึกว่าปริมาณที่ให้มาเกินคุ้ม สามารถแบ่งกินสองคนได้อย่างไม่อึดอัดเลย ส่วนข้าวผัดปลาสลิดแดดเดียว ก็ดึงดูดใจด้วยความกรอบของปลาสลิดที่แกะก้างแล้ว ทอดมาแบบที่กินได้ทั้งชิ้น อีกทั้งการผัดข้าวกับใบโหระพาทำให้กลิ่นหอมชวนกินมากขึ้น ไม่เหมือนกับข้าวผัดทั่วไป นอกจากนี้ ผัดไทยครบรสที่โรยกุ้งแห้งทอดกรอบก็ทำให้รู้สึกถึงความพิถีพิถันในการจัดจ้านของรสชาติ ซึ่งสามารถปรับเปลี่ยนความเผ็ด เปรี้ยวหวานได้ตามใจชอบ อีกหนึ่งข้อดีที่ผมชอบมากคือราคา NET จริง ๆ ไม่มี VAT หรือ Service Charge มาเพิ่ม ทำให้ไม่ต้องกังวลเรื่องค่าใช้จ่ายที่จ่ายจริง และที่จอดรถก็ไม่น่าห่วงเพราะสามารถปั๊มบัตรจอดฟรีหลังทานอาหารเสร็จ เป็นการเพิ่มความสะดวกสบายอย่างมาก ถ้าคุณเป็นคนชอบค้นหาสถานที่กินอาหารอร่อยที่ไม่ค่อยมีใครรู้จัก อย่ามองข้ามความเงียบของตึกนี้ เพราะเปิดประตูเข้าไปชั้น 2 ที่ร้าน Kai Chef House จะได้พบกับรสชาติอาหารที่จัดจ้านและบริการที่เป็นมิตร เสมือนเป็นขุมทรัพย์ลับสำหรับคนรักอาหารไทยแท้ ๆ ไม่ว่าจะมากับเพื่อนหรือคนรัก ก็รับประกันคุณภาพ และความอร่อยที่คุณจะประทับใจแน่นอน
