Get off Thailand Cultural Center Station Exit 3
Turn right. Walk about 100 meters. The AIA building will be next to the main road.
📄 Contact procedure
• Prepare a real ID card, inform the public relations that you have contacted the rank of the building.
• Take the 5th floor and plug in the ID card in the queue booth (white cabinet on the left)
• Receive a green queue card and wait in the next room.
• Inform the officer that he wants to "close the debt balance," the officer will review the balance and recommend all procedures.
• If a single balance cannot be paid by the system, the staff will help guide how to divide it.
• After payment, the top in the app will be updated within 15 days.
• If you have a refund, you can check it from the app or website.
• Then scan fill in the request for a debt-free credential. (Fill out process is fast, but wait for the document quite a long time.)
