1. Explore the "wound" in the heart (Self-reflection)

Jealousy is often not always caused by the other's actions, but can be caused by Low Self-esteem (a sense of self-esteem not being good enough) or Anxious Attachment (a concern of being dumped). Try asking yourself, "What exactly am I afraid of?"

2. Communicate with "I Message"

Instead of blaming "Why are you doing this?" Try changing it to "We're so worried when you're gone for so long. How are we going to handle this together?" It's better to talk about your feelings.

3. Create a "safe space" for yourself.

Don't let the whole world revolve around a single lover, trying to find your own activities, hobbies, or group of friends. When you can be happy on your own, expectations and gaze will naturally diminish.
