What I'm having for dinner Tonight

You cannot go through the fall season without making chili. So tonight I made a chili in the crock pot. I don't know about you, but where I live, beef is expensive so I used 2 pounds of ground beef and after that was cooked, I added about a pound of some pork butt that was left over from last week. Then I mixed in my seasonings, beans, tomatoes, sauce, and a little water. It looks good and I cannot wait to try. it.

Have you ever tried pork butt in chili before? We normally stick to beef or sometimes a half ground beef and half ground sausage mix. Other times, we make deer chili and it gets eaten up so fast, I normally have to make more.
