🥣 Need a quick and nutritious soup? This one’s perfect! It only requires three ingredients, allowing each flavor to shine. Pre-sliced hotpot meat makes food prep a breeze. Plus, it’s quite affordable, coming in at just under $20.
Ingredients:
- Daikon (radish)
- Baby bok choy
- Hotpot beef brisket or your favorite protein
Instructions:
1. Peel and slice the daikon.
2. Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil.
3. Add the daikon and cook for 20 minutes.
4. Add the meat.
5. Wash and slice the baby bok choy and add it to the soup.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Optional: Drizzle with soy sauce.
Bonus: It is also glutenfree.
For extra flavor, cook it with chicken broth.
