But this one is short and simple
There hasn’t been to many changes besides what has already happened but I’m always hungry which is kinda annoying so I’m trying not to snack as much but rather focus on eating meals as a way to self regulate in that area
And the oily skin is just meh okay now that I have figured out how to “control” it

get a bottle of witch hazel (it's pretty cheap) and use a cotton round or smth like it to go over all the oily parts of your face and then moisturize once a day and that should help!
