Here’s a lil reminder:

1. No, you’re not too old

2. Those 2 years will go by faster than you think. I started at 38 and was sad i started so late and felt discouraged. My fear was that i’d blink and be walking with a cane and wearing pantyhose when I was done. I’m the drama I know! 😂 I know my crazy! Do you know yours?!! Anyways, i’m glad to report that i’m not walking with a cane & wearing pantyhose. As a matter of FACT!☝🏽😌…. I still got it… plus i’m 2 semesters shy of graduation and i’m same old me!

3. Go👏🏽to👏🏽graduation 👏🏽! Ion care how old you are… GO!

4. Don’t listen to ppl that say trades are better. If this is what you want… DO IT and ignore everyone else.

5. Don’t freak out. Set alarms, write a list m. And remember- One👏🏽assignment 👏🏽at 👏🏽a 👏🏽time 👏🏽💕

However, it's essential to embrace this new chapter with optimism. Research shows mature students bring unique perspectives and experiences that enhance classroom discussions and group projects. One key to success in graduate school is effective time management. Setting reminders and to-do lists can help keep you organized and focused. Additionally, engaging with your peers can create a supportive network. Don't hesitate to reach out to classmates; sharing resources can make a significant difference. It's also crucial to prioritize self-care throughout your academic journey. Finding balance through activities that rejuvenate you—like exercise, hobbies, or spending time with loved ones—can improve your overall well-being. Remember to celebrate small milestones along the way, as these accomplishments add up to bigger achievements.
